No. An equirectangular JPG is the standard 2:1 panorama format, so the same files load in Pano2VR, Marzipano, ThingLink, Panoraven, Unity, Unreal, Blender and straight onto a Quest. The .vtp projects are the exception, those need 3DVista Virtual Tour Pro.

Yes, and that is the point. Nobody can photograph a working space station or a mansion that decayed the way you need it to. Every scene is generated and then checked, corrected and packed by hand so the seam closes and the horizon sits where it should.

Because a visitor turns around. One panorama is a backdrop, but a pack is a place: the light, the materials and the wear match from room to room, so people can move through it without the world changing style underneath them.

Yes. Every download carries a licence file: a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence for your own business and personal use, and the files may be included in your own product. What you may not do is sell the panoramas themselves. The whole agreement is on the licence page.
